Shipping Information (PostNL)

Shipping area

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands to countries within the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are carefully packed and shipped via PostNL within 2–5 business days after purchase. I try to send them out on Monday or Thursday, weekly.

Delivery estimates

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium, Germany, France: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on postal services and busy periods.

Tracking

All shipments are sent with tracking via PostNL, so you can follow your package until it arrives safely.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit:

Prints are shipped in protective sleeves with cardboard backing
Stickers are shipped in sturdy envelopes

Lost or damaged orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at furenshiart@gmail.com. I will work with you to find a solution, including replacement or refund.
